Selected work

Different problems require different kinds of work.

My work ranges from research and strategic advisory to communication systems, education and multidisciplinary implementation.

Rather than organizing it by industry, I think about it through the kinds of questions being addressed and problems being solved.

Research & Intelligence

Understanding before deciding.

Research designed to uncover audiences, behaviors, markets, stakeholder perspectives and emerging opportunities.

Engagements may include qualitative research, focus groups, surveys, data analysis, market exploration and strategic synthesis.

Strategy & Organizational Positioning

Turning understanding into choices.

Strategic engagements involving positioning, organizational direction, growth, stakeholders and complex business decisions.

The work often sits across functions—connecting leadership, marketing, communication, sales, finance and operations around a clearer understanding of the problem and the decisions ahead.

Brand & Communication Systems

Connecting organizational strategy with how an organization communicates.

Brand architecture, communication strategy, messaging systems, campaigns and multidisciplinary implementation designed around organizational objectives rather than isolated outputs.

Education & Knowledge

Turning knowledge into something people can use.

Designing and delivering learning experiences for universities, companies and professional associations—from academic courses and curriculum development to executive education, workshops and professional training in communication, data, strategy and storytelling.

A Fáctica team working session

Fáctica

Some problems require a team.

A significant part of my work is developed through Fáctica, the company I founded and lead.

Fáctica brings together research, strategy, communication and multidisciplinary execution, working alongside in-house teams to strengthen capacity, extend expertise and move complex initiatives forward.

Other projects emerge through advisory work, research, teaching and independent collaborations.
